Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive with experience in Water & Wastewater Treatment solutions, Ion Exchange Resins, or Specialty Chemicals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing customer relationships, growing revenue through dealer and OEM networks, and ensuring successful market penetration.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with major customers, OEMs, dealers, and distributors.

• Identify and engage with new prospects via client visits, networking, and referrals to meet annual sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of sales figures, customer databases, and dealer/distributor performance metrics.

• Analyze ongoing sales activities and strategies to ensure effectiveness and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education:

  • B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry (preferred)

  • Diploma or Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field (preferred)

  • Any graduate with relevant experience is welcome

• Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of total work experience

  • At least 2 years in sales of water treatment solutions or ion exchange resins

  • Proven experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Dealer/OEM Management

• Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel up to 50%

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Result-oriented with a flair for B2B sales
