Full Job Description

• Client Profile Creation: Develop profiles of domestic clients and create a client database.
• Lead Follow-Up: Follow up on leads and connect with clients for their domestic needs.
• Tele-Sales: Actively engage in tele-sales to acquire and develop domestic business.
• Client Visits: Visit clients as necessary to ensure smooth operations and relationships.
• Tax Quotation Preparation: Prepare domestic tax quotations based on market trends.
• Client Relations: Foster continuous development with clients to secure business and address any service issues.
• Track Shipments: Monitor and track domestic shipments until final mile delivery.
• Billing & Invoicing: Ensure accuracy in charges quoted for billing and train the accounts team to generate invoices.
• Coordination: Work with Security, Airlines, and Delivery teams for seamless operations.
• Collections Support: Assist the Accounts Department with collections as required.
• Report Generation: Maintain records and create reports based on requirements and timelines.
