Position Overview:

You will work with top global, enterprise, and mid-market customers across India, leveraging your expertise in storage and data center technologies. This role involves solution design, technical presentations, sizing/configuration, and acting as a technical advisor to close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand client challenges and requirements.

• Design custom storage solutions including storage arrays, protocols (FC, iSCSI, NFS), and capacity planning.

• Deliver impactful presentations showcasing solution capabilities.

• Lead Proof of Concept (POC) engagements to validate solution fit.

• Stay informed on competitor offerings and identify differentiators.

• Collaborate with the sales team on technical proposals and pricing.

• Provide technical support throughout the sales cycle.

• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders.

• Attend OEM trainings and enable internal sales teams.

• Coordinate bid management including RFI/RFP responses.

• Document and maintain records of supported sales opportunities and outcomes.

• Generate leads and engagement through OEM partnerships.

Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Expertise:

• Proficiency in storage protocols: Fibre Channel, iSCSI, NFS

• Deep understanding of SAN, NAS, DAS, object storage, cloud storage

• Knowledge of data protection strategies: snapshots, replication, backup

• Familiar with storage vendors like Dell, HPe, NetApp, Hitachi Vantara, Commvault, Veeam, Veritas

• Experience using storage sizing and performance analysis tools
