The Learning and Talent Coordinator/Talent Development Coordinator plays a key role in supporting leadership development programs and other essential training initiatives. This position is responsible for coordinating training logistics, tracking progress, managing schedules, and ensuring the effective administration and recording of all learning activities. The Coordinator will also manage learning catalogs, track course completions, launch assessments, and generate reports to facilitate continuous improvement of training programs.
Training Coordination:
Coordinate leadership development and training programs for both in-person and virtual workshops.
Schedule leadership training sessions and manage the learning calendar.
Distribute pre-work, learning materials, and communications to participants prior to training sessions.
Manage logistical arrangements, including venue booking, catering (if applicable), and organizing virtual meetings (e.g., MS Teams).
Partner with the home office to ensure timely shipment of training materials and supplies.
Learning System Management:
Assign learning catalogs and courses within the HRIS Learning module (LMS).
Track training progress and course completions, recording all relevant data in the LMS.
Monitor mandatory training requirements and compliance, generating completion reports.
Provide technical support for learners navigating the LMS, troubleshooting issues.
Guide team members to locate additional course content and make recommendations.
Assessment & Evaluation:
Launch and track assessments like 360-degree feedback, TKI, and DiSC, ensuring timely completion.
Distribute completed reports to team members and compile evaluation data to assess program effectiveness.
Create and distribute post-event surveys to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Reporting & Data Management:
Generate LMS reports on participation, completion rates, and program outcomes.
Compile reports on talent data (e.g., demographics, development plans, performance ratings, skills).
Consolidate data into dashboards or reports for leadership review.
Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with relevant data privacy regulations.
Communication & Collaboration:
Act as the point of contact for program participants and stakeholders, responding to inquiries promptly.
Collaborate with leadership and facilitators to ensure smooth delivery of programs.
Maintain workshop checklists, logistics, and communicate deadlines/updates to participants.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business, Management, or a related field.
Experience:
A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience or 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Skills and Competencies:
Experience with learning and talent development programs.
Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with LMS and/or HRIS systems is a plus.
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to analyze and consolidate data.
