Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and technically sound Pre-Sales Manager to lead solution design and client engagement for US healthcare IT and MedTech domains. This role requires a solid technical foundation, healthcare domain expertise, and excellent communication skills to bridge business needs with technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver compelling technical demonstrations and POCs.

• Collaborate with clients to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Develop detailed technical proposals, effort estimates, and solution architecture.

• Engage in pre-sales discussions, addressing both technical and business aspects.

• Act as a subject matter expert on MedTech, interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7), and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, FDA, GDPR).

• Respond to RFPs/RFIs, assist in solution presentations and onboarding strategies.

• Guide internal development teams to ensure technical feasibility, compliance, and scalability.

• Occasionally travel for client meetings and industry events.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8–10+ years in technical pre-sales, healthcare IT consulting, or solution architecture.

• Strong coding experience (.Net, Python, Java, C#, etc.).

• In-depth knowledge of EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech), FHIR, HL7, and HIPAA compliance.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and API integrations.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to translate complex technical ideas into business outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a MedTech startup or enterprise-level healthcare IT organization.

• Exposure to international client engagement, particularly in US healthcare IT.
