Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients, introducing and promoting our suite of IT services.
• Identify client needs, provide tailored solutions, and effectively communicate the value of our services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a consistent basis.
• Handle objections and resolve customer inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and satisfaction of new clients.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in IT services and the competitive landscape to refine sales strategies.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in tele-sales, IT services, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive and professional tone.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting sales goals.
• Basic understanding of IT services, software, and related solutions (training will be provided).
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field.
• Familiarity with B2B sales processes and lead generation strategies.
• Experience with cold calling and lead qualification.
• Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
