• Identify client needs, offer customized solutions, and effectively communicate the value of our services.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure sustained business.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Handle client queries and complaints professionally and empathetically.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in IT services and the competitive landscape to refine sales strategies.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in tele-sales, IT services, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional tone.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting sales objectives.
• Basic understanding of IT services, software, and related solutions (training will be provided).
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field.
• Experience in B2B sales processes and lead generation strategies.
• Experience with cold calling and lead qualification.
• Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
