???? Job Description:

We are looking for a Telesales Executive who is energetic, persuasive, and passionate about travel. The ideal candidate will engage potential customers via phone, pitch travel packages, and convert leads into happy travelers.

???? Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound sales calls to potential customers from the provided lead database

• Understand customer travel preferences and suggest tailored holiday packages

• Explain destinations, itineraries, prices, and inclusions clearly and confidently

• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business

• Handle inquiries, objections, and follow-ups professionally

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

• Maintain accurate sales records in CRM systems

• Stay up to date with travel trends, offers, and destination knowledge

???? Requirements:

• Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or similar role (travel industry preferred)

• Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English (other languages are a plus)

• Strong persuasive, negotiation, and follow-up skills

• Passion for travel and knowledge of tourist destinations

• Basic computer proficiency & familiarity with CRM tools

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
