Job Description:

Futwork is hiring Telesales Executives to join our fast-paced outbound sales team. If you’re articulate, sales-driven, and eager to grow in a remote work environment, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound sales calls to potential customers

• Achieve minimum 5 hours of daily talk time, including 30 minutes of ringing time

• Promote and sell products/services clearly and persuasively

• Maintain accurate logs of customer conversations and follow-ups

• Meet daily/weekly performance and quality targets

• Attend mandatory training sessions, IQC evaluations, and mock calls

Important Notes:

• Salary deductions apply for not meeting daily talk-time targets

• Non-attendance in training/IQC/mock calls after onboarding will lead to permanent platform ban

Candidate Requirements:

• Proficiency in English and Hindi (professional level)

• Excellent communication and sales mindset

• Must have a laptop/desktop with stable internet

• Previous telesales or outbound calling experience preferred

• Edtech experience (e.g., course selling) is a bonus
