We are hiring a Senior Travel Consultant with a strong background in international flight bookings and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The role is focused on serving US and UK clients, and requires thorough industry knowledge, communication skills, and the ability to manage bookings with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in booking international flights, ensuring accuracy and adherence to their budget and preferences.

• Offer personalized travel recommendations and flight options tailored to client needs.

• Handle modifications, cancellations, and refunds in accordance with airline and company policies.

• Address and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.

• Stay current with airline policies, travel regulations, and visa requirements specific to US/UK routes.

Required Experience

• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in travel consulting or a similar customer-facing role in the travel industry.
