Role Overview:

The Travel Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and selling travel products, including Chardham Yatra, Kashi, Ayodhya, and Jagannath Puri Yatra. The role involves engaging with customers, providing travel advice, creating personalized itineraries, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. The executive will also help improve the company’s sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers and provide expert travel advice.

• Manage and sell various travel products and services.

• Create customized travel itineraries for customers based on their preferences and requirements.

• Enhance sales strategies to increase revenue.

• Ensure a high level of customer service, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

• Maintain records and schedules for travel bookings.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven experience in travel sales and customer service.

• Proficiency in using travel booking systems and software.

• Ability to create and manage travel itineraries.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Sales-driven and goal-oriented mindset.

• Knowledge of the travel industry and current travel trends.

• Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.

• Chardham Yatra experience is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹40,000 per month.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass).

• Experience: At least 1 year in travel sales.

• Willingness to travel: Up to 25% (preferred).
