About the Role

We are hiring enthusiastic individuals to join our Airline Ticketing Process Team. If you enjoy helping people, have great communication skills, and want to grow in the travel and aviation industry, this is your opportunity to build a rewarding international career.

You'll receive hands-on training with tools like Amadeus (GDS) and get real-world experience assisting customers with airline ticketing and travel needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with US-based customers regarding their travel needs.

• Assist clients in booking airline tickets and reservations.

• Learn and use Amadeus (GDS) for managing bookings.

• Provide accurate information on airline routes, fares, and schedules.

• Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.

Who Can Apply

• Candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in BPO, telesales, or customer service.

• Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for travel are welcome.

• Excellent spoken English is mandatory.

• Willingness to work in night shifts (US time zone).

• A keen interest in the aviation and travel industry.

Compensation

• Training Period: 1 month

  • Stipend: ₹10,000/month

• Post-Training Salary: Up to ₹22,000/month (CTC)

Requirements

• Education: 10th pass and above (preferred)

• Language: Fluent in English (Required)

• Must be able to commute or relocate to Chandigarh before joining.

• Expected Start Date: 10/04/2025
