Job Description

As a Business Development Associate (Level I), you will be responsible for supporting the growth of Antarctica’s transformative software solutions. This role is ideal for freshers or young professionals looking to take a promising step in their careers and impact the global tech landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and analyze competitors.

• Lead Generation: Generate leads to expand our client base using proven techniques.

• Data Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using software tools.

• Learning & Development: Continuously learn about the company’s products, services, and industry to enhance your skills.

• Reporting & Analysis: Assist in preparing reports to track performance and evaluate business strategies.

• Adaptability & Initiative: Adapt to new tasks and take initiative to support the team and contribute to company goals.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong writing, speaking, and listening skills.

• Knowledge of Climate Change: A clear understanding of climate change and its impact on humanity’s future.

• Business Acumen: Strong knowledge of business processes and organizational structures.

• Experience: Prior experience in lead generation, business development, or working with international clients is preferred.

• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite & Google Suite.

• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple requests and tasks concurrently.

• Proactivity: Willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to team success.

Growth Path

1. Business Developer I - Entry Level (Associate):
   As a fresh graduate or young professional, you'll start by focusing on market research, lead generation, data management, and learning company products.

2. Business Developer II - Junior Level (Executive):
   After proving your capabilities, you will move to managing relationships, providing sales support, analyzing data, and communicating with clients.

3. Business Developer III - Senior Level (Manager):
   In this role, you’ll handle client relationship management, strategic planning, business expansion, and mentor junior team members. You'll also be responsible for leading negotiations and managing risks associated with business development.

Office Location and Work Arrangement

• Headquarters:
