Your Role in the DEIB+ Team

As a Senior Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in embedding DEIB+ principles into Indeed's organizational framework. You will work alongside cross-functional teams to implement impactful, long-term changes that create an equitable and inclusive workplace for all employees.

???? Key Responsibilities

✔ Strategic DEIB+ Implementation

• Develop, operationalize, and implement a customized diversity and inclusion strategy for regional business units.
• Collaborate with HR, ESG, Talent Acquisition, and Leadership to drive a unified HR strategy.

✔ Data-Driven Decision Making

• Utilize qualitative and quantitative data to assess DEIB+ initiatives and predict future trends.
• Provide expert consultation and insights to business leaders.

✔ Employee Engagement & Cultural Development

• Identify barriers to inclusion and implement bias-reducing strategies.
• Support executive communications on DEIB+ topics.
• Facilitate conversations and workshops on diversity and inclusion.

✔ Regional & Global DEIB+ Leadership

• Act as the primary DEIB+ representative for assigned business units.
• Provide support across global regions as needed.

???? Skills & Qualifications

???? Education & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in DEIB+ topics, including systemic inequities, racial consciousness, and inclusive leadership.
• 3+ years of experience in the Asia-Pacific region consulting on DEIB+ strategies.
• Fluency in English required; Japanese proficiency preferred.

???? Technical & Analytical Skills:

• Strong data analysis and ability to generate insights for strategic planning.
• Proven ability to manage programs and execute initiatives effectively.

???? Leadership & Communication:

• Experience in facilitating discussions on complex topics with senior executives.
• Strong ability to influence key stakeholders and drive business outcomes.
• Expertise in creating inclusive work environments and reducing systemic barriers.

???? Salary & Compensation

• India: ₹25,00,000 - ₹35,00,000 per year
• Japan: ¥7,000,000 - ¥10,500,000 per year
• Singapore: SGD 92,000 - SGD 129,000 per year
• Australia: AUD 107,000 - AUD 150,000 per year

???? Note: Salary is based on location, experience, and performance. Additional compensation includes:
