Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Business Presentation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing visually appealing and effective presentations that communicate our company's message and objectives. The Business Presentation Specialist will collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and translate complex ideas into clear and engaging visual content.

Responsibilities:

• Design and create visually compelling presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with team members to develop presentation concepts, storyboards, and layouts.
• Ensure consistency in branding, style, and messaging across all presentations.
• Use graphics, charts, and other visual elements to effectively communicate key messages and data.
• Edit and proofread content for accuracy, clarity, and grammar.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve presentations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in presentation design.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other presentation software.

• Strong graphic design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.

• Ability to translate complex ideas into clear and concise visual content.

• Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.

• Experience with data visualization and creating charts/graphs.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus.

• Previous experience in presentation design or related role is advantageous.
