Systro Dynamics Private Limited, a leading provider of innovative home automation solutions, is seeking a dynamic and persuasive Telecaller to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, introducing them to our smart home offerings, and booking appointments for our senior sales executives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to architects, consultants, and potential customers.

• Explain the features and benefits of our home automation products clearly and confidently.

• Build and manage a database of leads and track outreach progress.

• Schedule meetings between prospects and the senior sales team.

• Follow up consistently to build and nurture long-term relationships.

• Respond to basic inquiries and provide preliminary product information.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or a similar role.

• Strong verbal communication and persuasive abilities.

• Proficiency in spoken English.

• Confidence in cold calling and objection handling.

• Basic computer skills; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
