Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Tele Caller to join our sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining our digital marketing services, and generating leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make calls to prospective clients to introduce our digital marketing services.

• Explain the benefits of SEO, social media marketing, PPC, and other services to clients.

• Maintain a database of leads and follow up with potential customers.

• Understand client requirements and schedule meetings with the sales team.

• Handle inbound inquiries and provide relevant information.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in tele calling, telesales, or a similar role (preferred).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle customer objections and build rapport.

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing (preferred but not mandatory).

• Proficiency in English and [local language].

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
