We are looking for freshers who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to our success. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, converting them into sales, and fostering lasting relationships with customers—all from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and close sales.

• Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.

• Build and maintain customer relationships with professionalism and care.

• Maintain accurate call logs and records of interactions.

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

• Work closely with the sales team to align efforts and reach goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass

• Language: Fluency in Hindi is mandatory

• Strong convincing and interpersonal skills

• Ability to build rapport and engage with customers effectively

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently

• Reliable internet connection and basic home office setup

• Freshers encouraged to apply

• Experience in B2B sales is a plus (not required)
