Job Title: Full Stack Web Developer Consultant

Location: Remote / Hybrid (Delhi, Delhi)
Job Type: Part-time, Freelance, Contractual / Temporary
Pay: ₹300 - ₹1,000 an hour
Shift and Schedule: Day Shift
Expected Start Date: 01/05/2025
Expected Hours: 8 hours per week

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and visionary Full Stack Web Developer to help bring our innovative idea to life from the ground up. You will play a foundational role in building the product, shaping the tech stack, creating the website architecture, and helping form the core development team. This is a unique opportunity to influence the direction of the project and make a tangible impact from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Development:

  • Help in building the MVP and scalable full-stack architecture for the website.

• Blueprint & Planning:

  • Ideate and create a comprehensive technical blueprint (architecture, user flow, features roadmap, etc.).

• Technology Strategy:

  • Recommend the most suitable tech stack based on scalability, performance, and cost-effectiveness.

• Team Formation:

  • Assist in hiring and mentoring interns/junior developers as the project scales.

• Project Management:

  • Define timelines, sprints, and technical deliverables.

• Deployment & Maintenance:

  • Set up CI/CD pipelines, handle server infrastructure, monitor performance, and maintain the codebase.

Requirements

• Proven experience in building full-stack web applications from scratch.

• Expertise in front-end technologies like React.js, Next.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

• Strong back-end knowledge in Node.js, Express.js, Python/Django, or similar.

• Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL.

• Experience mentoring or managing junior developers/interns is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous startup experience or working on zero-to-one projects.

• Knowledge of SEO, accessibility, and performance best practices.

• Passion for building user-centric digital experiences.
