Role Overview: As a Workday Integration Consultant, you will collaborate with your teammates and interact with product leads. This role requires a blend of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into clients' business environments, achieving successful business results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or participate in specific Workday integrations.

• Work independently with stakeholders to define requirements and develop solutions.

• Foster creativity and work in an open environment.

• Stay updated with emerging trends related to Workday.

• Collaborate with functional teams and third-party vendors for discovery and design sessions.

• Design and build integrations of all types, including EIB, Core Connectors, PICOF/PECI, and Studio.

• Develop complex reports using BIRT.

• Write Technical Design/Specifications for integrations.

• Perform end-to-end testing of integrations.

• Independently engage with third-party vendors when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in designing and developing Workday integrations (CCW, PECI, PICOF).

• Expertise in Workday integration tools like Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and PICOF/PECI.

• Certification in Integration Core, CCTPP, and Studio is desirable.

• Strong communication skills in a customer-facing environment.

• Sound understanding of one or more Workday functional modules.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
