Job Title: Workday FIN Functional Consultant
Location: Delhi, Delhi (Remote within India)

Position Overview:

As a Workday FIN Functional Consultant, you will design, develop, and re-engineer complex application components and integrate software packages to deliver effective technology solutions. You will work remotely, collaborating with team members and product leads, and interacting with clients across multidisciplinary functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate and/or lead Workday FIN projects.

• Work independently with stakeholders to define requirements and develop solutions.

• Engage in a collaborative and creative open work environment.

• Stay updated with emerging trends related to Workday.

• Work with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors for discovery and design sessions.

• Assist integration teams in designing and building various integrations.

• Design and develop complex FIN reports.

• Maintain a strong understanding of one or more functional Workday modules.

• Write functional design specifications.

• Conduct end-to-end testing of solutions.

• Independently engage and coordinate with third-party vendors.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Workday.

• Certifications in FIN Core are required; certifications in other functional modules are desirable.

• Strong team player with a consulting mindset and positive attitude.

• Excellent communication skills for client-facing interactions.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
