We are seeking a passionate and goal-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our dynamic recruitment consultancy. This is a target-based role ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates looking to start a career in recruitment. You will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various client requirements across industries.

???? Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client hiring needs and job description (JD) requirements

• Source candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases

• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews

• Share shortlisted profiles with clients and gather feedback

• Maintain accurate daily records and reports using MS Excel or Google Sheets

• Meet targets for resume submissions, interviews, and successful closures

• Coordinate interview scheduling and follow up on candidate joining

✅ Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (BBA/MBA in HR is a plus, not mandatory)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work under deadlines and meet recruitment targets

• Basic proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets

• Keen interest in building a career in HR/Recruitment

• Prior internship or up to 1-year experience in recruitment (preferred but not required)
