????️ Responsibilities

• Implement Human Capital Management (HCM) modules for nonprofits, school boards, and government agencies.

• Master the Sparkrock 365 HRP solution and become a trusted advisor for clients transitioning from existing HRP systems to the SR365 solution.

• Configure client environments for go-live based on your area of expertise (e.g., absence management, position management, payroll).

• Lead client meetings to review configurations and provide training.

• Transfer knowledge to other consultants involved in the implementation process.

• Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the implementation.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful and timely delivery.

• Demonstrate initiative and proactivity in your work.

• Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams as needed.

???? Requirements

• Education: BA/BS required.

• Experience: 3+ years as an implementation consultant, preferably in Human Resources and/or Payroll.

• Skills:

  • Knowledge of complex HR and payroll concepts.

  • Proven track record of working with senior management.

  • Strong ability to complete various stages of the SDLC during an implementation.

  • Ability to interpret raw data for decision-making and configuration.

  • Excellent communicator (written and verbal) with the ability to lead and influence at multiple levels within an organization.

  • Proven success in managing and prioritizing multiple concurrent projects.

• Certified Payroll Manager (CPM).

• Microsoft Certification in Business Central (BC).

• Experience in Microsoft NAV, BC environment, Primo Payroll, or Serenic Software.
