Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Implementation Consultant to join our team and work with a global group of professionals focused on delivering world-class solutions for nonprofit organizations. In this role, you will focus on implementing Human Capital Management (HCM) modules such as payroll, position management, and absence management. As part of our implementation team, you will help clients transition from their existing systems to the Sparkrock 365 HRP solution.

Responsibilities

• Implement HCM modules (absence management, position management, payroll) for nonprofits, school boards, and government agencies.

• Master the Sparkrock 365 HRP solution and act as a trusted advisor to clients during system transitions.

• Configure client environments based on your area of expertise and prepare them for go-live.

• Conduct client meetings to review configurations and provide training.

• Transfer knowledge to other consultants and provide ongoing support during the implementation process.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and demonstrate initiative in your work.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams as needed.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree required

• 3+ years of experience as an implementation consultant, ideally in Human Resources or Payroll

• Knowledge of complex HR and/or payroll concepts

• Proven ability to work with senior management and effectively manage multiple projects

• Experience completing various stages of the SDLC during an implementation

• Ability to interpret data for configuration decisions and engage in productive conversations for change management

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to lead across multiple levels of an organization

Nice to Have

• Certified Payroll Manager (CPM)

• Microsoft Certification in Business Central (BC)

• Experience with Microsoft NAV, BC environment, Primo Payroll, or Serenic Software
