CNS - BC - Transformation Delivery:

EY Consulting consists of three sub-service lines: Business Consulting (including Performance Improvement and Risk Consulting), Technology Consulting, and People Advisory Services.

Business Consulting:
We assist clients in reimagining their business purpose and model, creating growth, managing costs, responding to market pressures and regulation, and resolving operational challenges. This team works across various fields such as Finance Consulting, Business Transformation, and Supply Chain & Operations.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Assist in Project Management of donor projects related to skill development.

• Conduct research and analysis, preparing project reports.

• Prepare business proposals and pitch presentations.

• Ensure excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Maintain a sharp focus on quality delivery.

• Develop and customize solutions relevant to clients’ needs.

• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Skills and Attributes

To qualify for this role, you must have:

Qualification

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in Management Consulting, Government Consulting.

• Previous experience in donor-funded projects, especially in the domain of skill development.

• Strong analytical, communication, business writing, and presentation skills.
