We are seeking talented, committed, and entrepreneurial individuals to join our Primary Market Research (PMR) practice area as Associate Consultants / Consultants. This role focuses on quantitative PMR projects, involving collaboration across various practice areas to deliver strategic solutions to life sciences clients.
You will be part of a team that works closely to design, field, analyze, and interpret survey-based data, forming the foundation of client recommendations. The position offers a dynamic learning environment with comprehensive training and mentorship to support professional growth.
Draft survey instruments and stimuli to address client business questions
Coordinate with programming and fielding vendors to execute surveys and monitor performance
Analyze and interpret quantitative PMR data to derive actionable insights
Develop visual, impactful PowerPoint presentations that highlight findings and strategic implications
Contribute to proposal development and enhance methodological expertise
Add value by translating data into relevant “so-what” insights for clients
Minimum: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Market Research, Engineering, Pharmacy, Medicine, Health Sciences, or related discipline
Preferred: Master’s or Doctoral degree in STEM or relevant life sciences discipline
Demonstrated interest in life sciences is a strong plus
1.5–3 years of experience in quantitative primary market research, consulting, or relevant roles in the life sciences sector
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience with statistical analysis and interpretation
Proficiency in tools like Sawtooth, SPSS, SAS (preferred)
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Familiarity with secondary datasets
Effective written and verbal communication in English
Ability to work independently while collaborating with US-based teams
Comfortable handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Interest or experience in patient journey research or qualitative methods (preferred but not required)
High intellectual curiosity and initiative
Methodical approach with attention to detail
Strong time management and multitasking skills
Passion for the healthcare and life sciences industry
