Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 2 years of experience in business or business development.

• Ability to speak and write in English fluently to communicate in this customer-facing business role.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience in planning, delivering, and executing marketing campaigns, including measurement, creative strategy, relationships, and stakeholder management.

• Experience in business, consulting, media, or advertising.

• Knowledge of the India market and insights into both digital and traditional media with the ability to analyze spreadsheets and create or deliver presentations.

• Ability to communicate in Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada fluently to support client relationship management in the region.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present advertising solutions to multiple audiences.

Your relationship-building skills will help you provide Google-caliber client service, research, and market analysis. By anticipating how decisions are made, you will uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can support their growth.

You will collaborate with various internal stakeholders to optimize business partnerships and help clients develop their digital marketing strategies. You will also build and manage a pipeline of customers working towards their goals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, manage, and forecast new business pipeline and opportunities.

• Consult with C-level customers to achieve online marketing and business goals.

• Identify customer needs and design compelling marketing solutions using product knowledge to optimize success and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

• Work with multiple stakeholders and represent the customer internally.

• Conduct research and analysis to develop strategies that capitalize on market potential and opportunities.
