Role Overview:

As an Online Business Manager, you'll support global entrepreneurs, founders, and businesses by handling business operations, research, lead generation, project management, and more.

This is a remote, full-time role. It cannot be combined with any other job, part-time, or freelance commitments.

Work Hours:

• Monday to Friday

• Shift Options:

  • 9 AM – 6 PM EST

  • 9 AM – 6 PM PST

Key Responsibilities:

Support business clients with tasks such as:

• Project Management

• E-commerce Support (Amazon Seller, Shopify)

• Advanced Excel & MIS Reporting

• CRM & Lead Management

• Online Research (Primary & Secondary)

• Lead Generation

• Executive Assistance (Calendar, Inbox, Itinerary Management)

Job Requirements:

• High-speed internet connection

• Laptop with integrated webcam and headphones

• Dedicated, distraction-free workspace

• Willingness to work US business hours

Compensation:

• USD $15 – $21 per hour
