We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Coordinator & Content Creator Consultant to join our team. This role is key in driving our mission forward by creating engaging and impactful social media content.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Content Creation (60%):

• Develop and curate engaging daily content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Threads.

• Write compelling copy and scripts for posts and videos that align with MFA India's mission and brand voice.

• Craft and manage monthly content calendars to ensure consistent posting and timely updates.

• Assist with basic WordPress updates and blog posts.

• Write and publish blog content that supports MFA's mission and campaigns.

Community Engagement, Monitoring & Reporting (20%):

• Actively respond to comments, direct messages (DMs), and mentions to foster a positive and engaged community.

• Engage with other brands, plant-based celebrities, and influencers to build relationships and amplify reach.

• Monitor and manage online conversations about MFA and related topics.

• Monitor, track, and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.

• Create detailed weekly, monthly, and annual reports on social media metrics, trends, and campaign performance.

• Use insights to refine content strategy and improve engagement.

Influencer Marketing (10%):

• Identify and track influencers who align with MFA's brand values.

• Develop and maintain relationships with influencers to promote MFA's initiatives and campaigns.

• Stay updated on social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms.

• Develop content strategies that leverage current trends and resonate with our target audience.

Email Marketing (10%):

• Assist in creating and managing email campaigns using platforms like MailChimp or Pardot.

• Design and write engaging email content to grow and engage the subscriber base.

Requirements:

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or a related field.

• Proven track record of growing and engaging social media audiences.

Skills:

• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools, and content creation tools.

• Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms like MailChimp or Pardot.

• Basic understanding of WordPress for blog management.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
