???? About the Role

As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you'll lead the technical relationship with some of Google’s largest advertising clients and product partners. You'll work closely with Engineering, Product Management, and Sales teams to design and deliver cutting-edge conversational AI solutions using Google Cloud technologies—especially Dialogflow and Contact Center AI.

✅ Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience

• Experience in computational linguistics or engineering

• Proven experience working with customers, executives, and technical leads

• Hands-on experience building chatbots or voicebots

???? Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Dialogflow and launching chatbot/voicebot applications

• Experience with cloud-based conversational AI solutions

• Background in Natural Language Processing (NLP)

• Strong leadership and collaboration experience in AI/ML domains

• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills

???? Responsibilities

• Design and build virtual agent solutions using Dialogflow and other Google platforms

• Collaborate with clients, technical leads, and partners to deliver successful implementations of Contact Center AI

• Manage project scopes, risks, deliverables, and timelines to ensure optimal outcomes

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, representing their needs and overcoming adoption blockers

• Propose scalable solution architectures and manage their deployment in the cloud

• Represent field experiences to influence new feature development

• Travel up to 30% for client engagements
