Job Type:

• Full-time

• Shift & Schedule: Rotational Shifts (Morning, Afternoon, Night, General)

• Week Offs: 6 rotational offs per month

????‍???? Note: This role is open to Male candidates only

Job Responsibilities:

• Address customer queries and provide on-site services to bank clients across India

• Monitor banking transactions and ensure seamless functioning across all banks

• Analyze issues and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for effective resolution

• Coordinate with clients, developers, and team leads for issue resolution and product improvements

• Ensure timely communication and follow-ups on escalations with internal teams

• Prepare daily reports and updates

• Travel across India as needed to provide support or implementations

Requirements:

???? Education:

• IT Diploma / Degree or B.Com graduates

????️ Technical Skills:

• Good command over SQL / Oracle

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

???? Other Skills:

• Good communication skills

• Willingness to travel across India

• Ability to learn and adapt quickly
