Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Freelance PR Consultant to help shape and amplify EPIA’s public voice. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for women’s health, a strong network in the media space, and a talent for storytelling. You will collaborate closely with our founder and leadership team to secure press coverage, create compelling narratives, and establish EPIA as a thought leader in the health and fertility sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Implement Strategic PR Plan: Create and execute a PR plan for EPIA, including campaign timelines and goals.

• Content Creation: Write press releases, media kits, and pitch decks tailored for various publications.

• Media Outreach: Proactively pitch stories to top-tier media outlets across health, wellness, lifestyle, tech, and business verticals.

• Media Coverage: Secure coverage in digital, print, and broadcast media outlets.

• Public Engagement: Arrange interviews, podcast appearances, and expert commentary opportunities for our founder and medical team.

• Monitor Media Trends: Stay updated on media trends to identify timely opportunities for EPIA’s contributions to ongoing conversations.

• Maintain Media Relationships: Build and nurture relationships with journalists, editors, influencers, and podcast hosts.

• Reporting: Prepare monthly coverage and impact reports.

• Event PR Support: Provide PR support for clinic openings, product/service launches, and events.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience: 5+ years of PR experience, ideally in health, wellness, tech, or lifestyle sectors.

• Media Contacts: Strong media contacts within the Indian press; international connections are a plus.

• Skills: Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with a sharp eye for headlines.

• Passion: Genuine passion for women’s health and innovation in the fertility space.

• Self-Starter: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

• Relevant Experience: Experience with startups, clinics, or wellness brands is highly valued.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience working on launches for wellness clinics, health tech platforms, or similar.

• Ability to support PR for events, influencer partnerships, or experiential activations.

• Knowledge of the fertility and women’s health landscape in India.
