Visit App is a comprehensive, full-stack Health Benefits Platform offering a holistic range of services from preventive to curative care, including:

• Daily health goals and wellness tracking (steps, sleep, calories, etc.)

• Live/recorded wellness sessions, nutrition guidance, and rewards

• Teleconsultations with GPs and specialists

• OPD benefits: doctor visits, diagnostics, pharmacy, dental, and vision

Role Overview:

As a Digitization Consultant, you will play a key role in converting physical medical records into accurate digital data, enabling streamlined healthcare services and enhanced patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digitize handwritten or typed prescriptions into accurate digital formats for medicine cart creation and lab bookings.

• Manage and digitize patient records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

• Achieve daily targets of 80–100 prescriptions post-training.

• Operate in a target-driven environment with a standard 9-hour shift.

Candidate Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Surgery (BDS).

• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

Per-Case Pay Structure:

• Up to 80 cases/day: ₹15 per case

• 80–100 cases/day: ₹18 per case

• Over 100 cases/day OR full availability (8 AM – 11 PM): ₹20 per case

Fixed Salary Option (Performance-based):

• ₹24,000 to ₹30,000 per month

Work Schedule:

• 6 days/week with 1 weekly off

• 1 emergency leave per month

• Work hours: Minimum 6 to 9 hours daily (preferred availability until 11 PM)

Additional Perks:

• Bonus and performance incentives

• Paid between 5th–10th (fixed salary) or 15th–20th (per-case basis)

• 10% TDS (claimable)

• One-hour training + 15-day skill development buffer

• Joining letter post 15-day probation

Additional Information:

• Laptop is mandatory.

• Remote work environment.

• Experience: 1 year preferred.
