Role: Lead Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Lead Consultant to oversee and implement solutions using Jira, Confluence, Crowd, Linux, and DevOps tools. You will play a crucial role in guiding projects, collaborating with teams, and ensuring successful technical solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Implementation & Customization

• Provide expert guidance on implementing and customizing Jira, Confluence, and Crowd.
• Design and architect solutions based on business requirements using Jira, Confluence, Crowd, and DevOps tools.

✅ Project Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Work closely with developers, administrators, and stakeholders to define requirements and troubleshoot issues.

✅ Training & Documentation

• Create comprehensive documentation and provide training on best practices and platform usage.

✅ Industry Trends & Optimization

• Stay updated with industry trends in Jira, Confluence, Crowd, Linux, and DevOps.
• Implement improvements and optimizations for enhanced performance.

Qualifications

???? Minimum Requirements:
✔ Proven experience as a Lead Consultant or in a similar role in IT consulting and project management.
✔ Strong knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Crowd administration & customization.
✔ Proficiency in Linux systems administration and shell scripting.
✔ Familiarity with DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

???? Preferred Qualifications:
✔ Certifications in Jira, Confluence, Crowd, Linux, or DevOps.
✔ Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
✔ Prior experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
