Job Opening: Tour Package Executive (Remote)

Roles & Responsibilities

???? Design and develop customized and pre-designed tour packages based on client preferences, budgets, and travel requirements
???? Prepare detailed itineraries, including accommodation, transportation, activities, and dining arrangements
???? Provide clients with trip documentation (tickets, vouchers, etc.)
???? Act as the primary point of contact for clients before, during, and after the trip, resolving any issues or complaints
???? Stay updated on travel trends, upcoming destinations, and new opportunities for tour packages
???? Collaborate with DMCs (Destination Management Companies) and B2B consolidators for reservations

Required Skills & Qualifications

✔ Proven experience as a Tour Package Executive, Travel Consultant, or similar travel-related role
✔ Strong knowledge of tourism trends, travel logistics, and domestic & international destinations
✔ Familiarity with CRM and booking systems (Galileo, Amadeus, Tour Plan, etc.)
✔ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
✔ Experience in the travel industry is mandatory (Candidates must have worked in a Tours & Travel company)
