Key Responsibilities

???? Travel Planning & Coordination

• Design and develop tailored itineraries for modern-day travellers

• Handle complete travel arrangements: flights, hotels, experiences, visas, and more

• Customize travel products based on client preferences and feedback

???? Client Interaction & Conversion

• Communicate with clients via phone and email

• Offer sound destination advice and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings

• Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver an outstanding experience

???? Operations & Reporting

• Negotiate rates with suppliers to ensure profitability

• Provide regular sales and service reports to management

• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and workshops to stay updated

???? Product Development

• Regularly refresh and innovate holiday packages

• Ensure offerings reflect current trends and customer expectations

Key Skills & Requirements

✅ Exceptional written and verbal communication in English
✅ Travel arrangements & coordination
✅ Sales and customer relationship management
✅ Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
✅ Strong customer orientation and problem-solving ability
✅ Energetic, confident, and self-motivated
✅ Well-traveled or experienced in international travel management

Qualifications & Experience

???? Education:

• Postgraduate preferred, but confident graduates with a passion for travel are encouraged to apply

???? Experience:

• Minimum 3–5 years in frontline sales or customer service in the travel industry

• Prior experience with international travel is a plus—even if not within a travel company
