Job Purpose

We are looking for a Travel Consultant to assist clients in finding the best international and domestic travel deals tailored to their needs. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by booking travel arrangements, managing reservations, and resolving travel-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with booking international and domestic reservations for air travel, rail tickets, hotels, and car rentals.

• Provide timely and accurate assistance with changes, cancellations, and alternatives for client travel.

• Monitor GDS (Global Distribution System) queues to ensure quality control.

• Stay updated on airline rules, regulations, and industry developments.

• Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., MIS, Finance) to fulfill client requirements.

• Assist in debt recovery from clients as required.

Educational Qualification

• Graduate with IATA Certification

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in International & Domestic Travel/Ticketing.

• Proficient with Amadeus CRS.

• Knowledge of Visa and Passport norms related to the travel industry.

• Experience working with international fares and routings.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
