Key Deliverables:

• Achieve defined individual enrolment and revenue targets.

• Represent the organization as a study overseas expert.

• Ensure target CSAT scores are achieved.

• Provide expert guidance on overseas education requirements, including tests, college shortlists, and visa guidelines for Canada and the USA.

• Present the full range of Manya’s Overseas Education services—from test prep to admissions.

• Continuously update knowledge in overseas education for Canada, Australia, and the USA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive counseling to students regarding Admissions and Test Prep via in-center, online, or other preferred channels.

• Manage the entire sales funnel: enquiry management, query resolution, student follow-up, and enrollment handling.

• Highlight benefits of enrolling to maximize conversions.

• Achieve a high conversion rate from all sources: walk-ins, referrals, and forwarded leads.

• Accurately gather student data and update it on the system/portal.

• Maintain inventory and issue student kits in a timely manner.

• Stay up-to-date with course offerings, admission requirements, application deadlines, visa protocols, etc.

• Coordinate with internal teams for product/services delivery and escalate when necessary.

• Proactively upsell and cross-sell suitable services.

• Support the Centre Manager in managing grievances.

• Ensure timely communication to students about batches, deadlines, and course updates.

• Take part in training and self-development programs.

• Handle the complete lifecycle of a student, including data tracking and report generation.

• Collaborate with teams across research, advising, editing, IT, and finance to maintain compliance and ensure smooth processes.

• Monitor and follow up on the creation of class schedules and ensure other operational tasks are completed within TAT (Turnaround Time).
