Job Description:

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Travel Sales Agents specializing in the US travel market. The role involves selling and assisting customers with a wide range of travel services including flights, hotels, car rentals, train tickets, cruises, vacation packages, and travel insurance. You’ll also be responsible for handling booking changes, cancellations, refunds, and customer inquiries while maximizing revenue through upselling and cross-selling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries related to US domestic and international travel

• Assist clients with bookings for flights, hotels, car rentals, train tickets, cruises, and vacation packages

• Provide real-time support for reservations, including modifications, cancellations, and rebookings

• Upsell and cross-sell value-added services like seat upgrades, extra baggage, lounge access, and travel insurance

• Stay informed about US airline policies (AA, Delta, United, Southwest, etc.), hotel promotions, and relevant travel regulations

• Process refunds, manage travel disruptions, and offer emergency assistance when required

• Operate GDS platforms such as Sabre, Amadeus, and Galileo, along with online travel booking tools

• Meet and exceed sales targets, conversion goals, and customer service KPIs

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in travel sales (Preferred)

• Experience working with GDS platforms

• Strong knowledge of the US travel market and airline systems

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Work Location: In-person (Gurugram, Haryana)
